1. We believe the Bible to be inspired, the only infallible, authoritative word of God (II Timothy 3:16-17; II Peter 1:20-21).

2. We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit (II Corinthians 13:14; Ephesians 2:18).

3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal, visible, and premillenial return in power and glory (Matthew 1:20-23; I Corinthians 15:1-7; Acts 1:10-11; I Thessalonians 4:14-18).

4. We believe regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary for the salvation of lost and sinful man (Acts 4:12; Romans 5:12; Ephesians 1:7).

5. We believe in salvation by God's grace alone, received as the gift of God through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work (Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-7; I Peter 1:18-19).

6. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is able to live a godly life (John 16:7-14; Galatians 5:16-26).

7. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved to the resurrection of life, the lost to the resurrection of judgment (Matthew 25:46; Revelation 20:11-15). 

8. We believe in Satan as the great adversary of God and His people (Revelation 12:1-20), his judgment (John 12:31), and final doom (Revelation 20:10).

9. We believe in the local church, her witness to the whole world, the appropriate use of spiritual gifts, and the observance of the ordinances of baptism and communion (Matthew 28: 18-20; John 13:1-17; 1 Corinthians 11).

1. Our Mission - The mission of Grace Brethren Church of Aiken is to provide to the citizens of our community a relevant and credible example of the church as Christ intended it to be.

2. Our Vision - The vision of the Grace Brethren Church of Aiken is to set a Biblical standard and provide a model for those who need and desire to develop a personal relationship with God through Christ.

3. Our Commitments - We will fulfill our mission to the area by keeping as our prime focus the following three goals:

   G - Glorifying God,

   B - Bringing Others to Christ, and

   C - Challenging Christians to Spiritual Growth.
